Up for the Challenge

Lessons are an active way to teach nutrition information.  Developed by the University of Maryland Cooperative Extension and US Army Youth Services, the 2012 revisions are current with MyPlate.

The lessons are meant to be used in out-of-school time settings and last between one hour and one hour and a half.  There is a lesson for grades K-5 and a lesson for grades 6-8.
