Supervision

    • The Education Center Coordinators will be your point of contact. If they are not available refer to the MG Coordinator or Volunteer Leader

Scheduling Time and Attendance 

    • You can schedule your volunteer commitments through Volunteer Spot. access it here.

    • Duty shifts are available in either 2.5 or 5 hr shifts. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

    • Shifts M-F 9-11:30, 11:30-2, or both.

    • Schedule your time in advance through Volunteer Spot and provide at least (24) hours notice if you are unable to report for an assigned duty shift. You will receive an email reminder of your volunteer commitment through Volunteer Spot. A link to your assignment is provided in the email. If you need to cancel for any reason you would do it here.

    • If you are unable to report for your assignment, please cancel your commitment through Volunteer Spot and or call our office. If you plan to be absent for an extended period of time, please let us know by calling 603-351-3831.

Facilities

    • We are in the Bouchard Building (next to the NH correctional facility for women) at 329 Mast Rd, suite 115, Goffstown, NH 03045. The Bouchard Building is a secure building. Wear your MG name tag and always enter through the main entrance.

    • Our kitchen includes a microwave and refrigerator. We provide coffee and tea.

    • This is designated a non-smoking facility.

    • Upon arrival, please review a map of the fire exits and locate fire extinguisers.

How volunter hours are tracked

    • Volunteer Hours are calculated through Volunteer Spot, Please see Marie-Eve Jacques if you would like to know how many hours you have accumulated.  Please click here to enter all non-education center volunteer time.

Appearance – dress code 

    • Nametags are not mandatory but are helpful whenever you are present in your volunteer capacity.

    • Dress appropriate for your duties.

    • Clothes should not be torn, frayed, or dirty.
